RedHat against Software Patenten!

RedHat says no to Software patens.
According to RedHat it is only limiting the innovation in the software-industry. It does not give the drive to build something new or better.
The software industry is  limited by software patents according to a statement of RedHat to the Suprime court.
Here is a case about software patents.
In my eyes it is a good thing to be against software patents, so RedHat has two tumbs up for this one.
